If you have always been wondering what womens oxford shoes are, they are basically defined as a basic shoe that is constructed from leather that laces up. These type of shoes are most generally used for jazz dancers. The Balmorals on the other hand, are a closed laced shoe. What this basically means is that the laces are not shown because they are hidden under the flap of the shoe. These shoes appear to many as being very streamlined and almost seamless.
Next are the Saddle Shoes. These are shoes that have a piece of leather that is sewed onto them to resemble the shape of a saddle. Most generally the leather of the saddle is a different type or color than the shoe itself. The most popular that a lot of people remember from days gone by were the black and white Saddle Shoes.
Kilties are most generally worn by the men because they are generally more detailed and have a fringed leather tongue that usually covers the laces as well as they eyelets. One of the most popular Oxfords would have to be the Wingtips. These shoes are also fashionable among the men because the leather stitching resembles the wings of a bird.

The Drew 10295 PARADE II Women s Casual Shoe is the all-around favorite of today s active woman when it comes to great-looking comfort at an affordable price. It features Drew s new Plus Fitting System with two removable footbeds. Both inserts can be kept in the shoe for Added Depth, or the lower insert can be removed to create a shoe with Double the Added Depth.
